Tots Tunes was started in 2014 to provide parents in rurally isolated South Lochaber a chance for their children to sing, dance and move to music.

I.C.E took Tots tunes under its umberella to assist in fundraising for equipment, venue hire and session fees which helped to minimise the cost to parents in a bid to remove as many barriers as possible in enabling as much participation as possible.

Tots Tunes runs a block of 8 sessions each term and is centred around children learning through music and movement it is a very child led experience.

One of the main objectives of Tots Tunes is to provide a safe and welcoming place for parents and caregivers to meet other people  who may be struggling with the issues that can arise when living in a rural area,  such as seclusion, post-natal depression, loneliness etc or who might just want to get a catch up.  We feel this can help improve social integration and a better  sense of well-being.
